Adding extensions
Looking at the animation you'll notice the extensions screen looks the same as in the explorer window.
HKLM_SW_AD\Agents\File\IndexedExtensions
is the place where you can add another DWORD, here's one for a .c file:

Notice disabling can be done by deleting the offending DWORD or setting
